Customer service explained everything and even contacted the rental to bring a car and pick it up when mine was repaired. This is the second time I've used their service and although I hope to never have to again, I would and I highly recommend them."

Customer service explained everything and even contacted the rental to bring a car and pick it up when mine was repaired. "My front bumper needed to be replaced from a car wash accident. Denise gave me my estimate options quickly either to paint or replace. They were on top of ordering my bumper and also a shout out to Jeff who was kind and made us feel like our car would be well taken care of. This is the second time that we have used their service and we highly rate their expertise, the quality of the work and all employees are top notch. My car was even washed when I picked it up.
